Mr.Parvez Bashista, Co-founder and Senior Partner of the Firm, is heading the firm’s Civil and Commercial practice. Prior to co-founding the firm, he worked as an Indirect Tax Consultant from 2003 to 2015 at Rajesh Kumar and Associates, during his stint at the firm he had enjoyed a good level of autonomy and responsibility and was soon promoted as a partner in the firm.

In 2015 he started practicing as a full-fledged independent practitioner and has wide experience in handling matters pertaining to commercial litigation, arbitration and regularly argues at various forums from the District Courts, Tribunals to the High Courts as well as the Supreme Court of India. He is also focusing on recently introduced The Real Estate & Development Act,2016 and The Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code,2016 and has represented and advised Promoters, Financial Creditors, Operational Creditors as well as Resolution Professionals.

Mr.Parvez is an alumnus of University of Dundee, Scotland, which is one of the UK’s leading universities from where he has successfully completed his LLM. He is a registered with Bar Council of Delhi and is member at Supreme Court Bar Association, Delhi High Court Bar Association, NCLT and AT Bar Association, New Delhi.
